Dream Journal 1.17.15

There was a group of us out on a school trip. We were visiting an old shrine, of a people similar to India, or India mixed with Japan, I don’t know for sure. I was there with a guy I  liked, and girl who felt she needed to “Compete” with me for his attention. I don’t think he was particularly in love with me. He just seemed to find my company pleasant.

Exercise: Basic Chakra Meditation

Sit comfortably. Close your eyes, and take three deeps breaths. Visualize your entire body surrounded by white light. Now imagine white light coming down into the top of your head moving down your entire body, into your neck, shoulders, chest, arms, fingers, pelvis, legs, and down into your feet. Visualize your base chakra, glowing red and opening like a flower, one petal at a time. Fill yourself with the red energy of the base chakra. Move up to the next (Sacral) chakra and visualize orange energy. Work your way up through the chakras. When you finish with the crown chakra, take a deep breath and relax. Visualize the chakras closing into buds one by one from crown down to base. Take another deep breath, and open your eyes. Shake out your hands lightly. Meditation is done.
